No returns on closeout, clearance, distressed or special ordered merchandise when ordered as such.  Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and only in the original resalable packaging as originally packaged.  All authorized returns must have prior written authorization.   Shipping charges are not refundable in either direction.
